Submitting a quote request does not confirm a booking.

3. Bookings

A booking is only confirmed once details are agreed and confirmation is provided by Everlasting Memories.

Event dates are not reserved until confirmation has been given.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. Any required deposits or final balances must be paid by the agreed dates.

Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of services.

5. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your event details, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Responsibility & Access

You are responsible for ensuring that the venue allows access for setup and styling at the agreed times.

Everlasting Memories cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, third parties, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Damage & Loss

Clients may be responsible for any loss or damage to hired items caused during the event, excluding fair wear and tear.

8. Use of Images

Everlasting Memories may take photographs of styled events for portfolio, website, or social media use. No personal details will be shared without consent.

If you do not wish images of your event to be used, please inform us in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver services to a high standard, Everlasting Memories shall not be held liable for indirect loss, damage, or disappointment beyond the value of the services provided.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
